emailThomas Jefferson once quipped that the tree of liberty must be refreshed with the blood of patriots.America, and the rest of that world for that matter, is fortunate that the warrior culture has remained strong throughout our history despite the best efforts of the left to undermine it. The American soldier has defended liberty and oppression throughout the world. Without him, imagine the evil that might rule the world.
So for my fellow brothers in arms who made the ultimate sacrifice for freedom – I salute you not only on Memorial Day, but every day.
